NYAMWANGE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY

The Nyamwange Leadership Academy (NLA) is a transformative leadership development experience for High School Students of color who are deeply committed to supporting their communities. In this program, NLA Scholars attend various workshops and seminars on leadership development, public speaking, financial literacy, and character development. They also discuss current events and complex social issues.

The NLA focus on activity-based learning keeps scholars engaged and excited about learning throughout the program. At the end of NLA, Scholars are more confident of their leadership abilities in their homes, schools, communities, and abroad.
